SALES MANAGER
Primary Role
- Manage Green Camp sales strategy to potential and current customers for camps programs in a grounded, honest and appealing way.
- Communicate through sales call or sales meeting with potential individual, family, school group, agent, and group booking prospects and assist them with arrangements for their experiential learning journey in Bali.
- Work with Camp Director and Communication teams to develop attractive and inspiring content to promote camp programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant subject or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good knowledge of international school market.
- Sales experience & performance.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience in digital and social media platforms and technology.
- Intelligent and adaptable with marketing and high‐volume email management experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of company mission, goals and objectives.
- Excellent project management skills and initiative are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about sustainable education and sustainability living.
- Computer literacy with an understanding of websites and web management.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to create cohesive branding.
- Fluent English and proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
