Open Positions
The HR Admin is responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations while also handling basic Legal administrative tasks at PT Global Camp. This role manages employee data, recruitment logistics, documentation, attendance, and training support, as well as preparing contracts, agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Employee Records
- Maintain and update employee data including CVs, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and official letters.
- Make sure all employee files are organized and up to date.
- 2. Attendance and Leave
- Monitor and track daily staff attendance.
- Process leave and overtime requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare attendance reports to support payroll processing.
- 3. Recruitment Help
- Help post job openings and review applications.
- Schedule interviews.
- Prepare onboarding documents and support new employee orientation.
- 4. Payroll Support
- Compile attendance and leave data for monthly payroll processing.
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- 5. HR Documents
- Keep HR documents in order and follow company rules.
- Help with audits related to HR files.
- Assist with training and employee reviews.
- Answer employee questions about HR policies and procedures.
- 6. Legal Administration
- Draft and prepare employment contracts, internship agreements, and addendums.
- Prepare vendor or service agreements based on templates.
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and updating SOPs, company policies, and internal guidelines.
- Maintain legal document archives and ensure proper version control.
- Monitor contract validity periods and ensure renewals are scheduled.
- Coordinate with legal consultants or relevant authorities for documentation, when required.
- Ensure HR & legal documentation complies with Indonesian labor regulations and company standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR, administration, or legal support preferred.
- Familiarity with HR processes, Indonesia labor regulations, and document management.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and comfortable with HR systems.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
